Getting Started with Aigentic AI

Welcome to Aigentic! This guide will help you transform your WooCommerce store into an Agent-Ready powerhouse using Google Gemini AI.

1. Installation

Step A: Install the Foundation (Free Plugin)

  1. Downloaden Aigentic AI (Free) plugin.
  2. Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New.
  3. Klik op Upload Plugin and select aigentic.zip.
  4. Klik op Activeer.

Step B: Install the Pro Add-On

  1. Downloaden Aigentic Pro plugin from your purchase email.
  2. Go to Plugins → Add New.
  3. Upload aigentic-pro.zip and click Activeer.

2. Activating Your License

Unlocks Vision AI & Bulk Tools.

  1. Navigate to Aigentic AI in your WordPress sidebar.
  2. Look for the “Pro License Activation” box (usually on the right or bottom).
  3. Enter the License Key you received via email (e.g., AIG-1A2B3C...).
  4. Klik op Activate License.
  5. You should see a green message: “✅ License Active”.

3. Getting Your Google Gemini API Key

This is required for the AI to “see” and “write” descriptions.

Aigentic uses your own Google Cloud account, which provides a generous Free Tier (currently free for basic use).

  1. Go to Google AI Studio (Get API Key).
  2. Klik op “Create API Key”.
  3. Select your Google Cloud project (or create a new one).
  4. Copy the long string (starts with AIza...).
  5. Go back to your WordPress Dashboard → Aigentic AI.
  6. Paste the key into the “Google Gemini API Key” field.
  7. Klik op Save & Test.

Note: If the test fails, ensure you have enabled “Generative Language API” in your Google Cloud Console.

4. How to Use Vision AI (Single Product)

Let the AI look at your product image and write a description.

  1. Go to Products and click on any product to edit it.
  2. Scroll down to the “Aigentic AI” tab (usually in the Product Data section).
  3. Ensure your product has a Main Image set.
  4. Klik op “Generate with Vision AI”.
  5. Wait 3-5 seconds. The AI will analyze the image materials, colors, and context.
  6. The AI Context Summary field will automatically fill with a high-density description.
  7. Update/Save the product.

This description is now invisible to humans but visible to AI Shopping Bots via the ai-context meta tag.

5. How to Use Bulk Optimizer

Process your entire catalog in the background.

  1. Go to Aigentic AI → Bulk Optimizer.
  2. Select your target language (e.g., Dutch, English, French) in the main settings first.
  3. Klik op Start Optimization.
  4. The progress bar will show the status.
    • Note: To prevent server crashes, the bulk tool processes products one by one.
  5. Do not close the tab until the progress bar reaches 100%.
