1. Digital Products Policy
AiGentic sells digital downloadable software (WordPress/WooCommerce plugins). Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we have specific guidelines for refunds.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the plugin, or if it does not work as described, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the original date of purchase.
We will issue a full refund if:

We may NOT issue a refund if:

You simply changed your mind after downloading the file.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 24-48 hours.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 3-5 business days).
Upon refund, your license key for the plugin will be deactivated, and you must delete all copies of the software from your servers.
