ikaros.pro belongs to IKAROS Pro, sole proprietorship of Rasim Oglou Rasim Moustafa, Praxitelous 2, 67100 Xanthi, Greece, VAT EL102703588. Contact: hello@ikaros.pro.
Prices on the website are indicative and exclude VAT. Only the written quote you accept is binding, with the scope, price and delivery time.
For new projects we ask for a deposit, as stated in the quote. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month and stop whenever you like, from the following month.
A plugin licence covers the number of shops in the plan and includes 12 months of updates and support. Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a refund.
We make sure projects and plugins work properly, but are not liable for outages caused by third parties such as couriers, banks, marketplaces and hosting providers.
Greek law applies. The courts of Xanthi have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
Privacy policy
IKAROS Pro is responsible for your data, with the details listed in the terms of use.
What you give us in forms and messages (name, email, phone, website address), purchase and billing details, and anonymous visitor statistics.
To answer your request, carry out an order or contract, issue invoices as the law requires and, with your consent, send you the report of the free check.
For the check, your website address and business description are sent to AI services (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity) through OpenRouter. Your contact details are not sent to them.
Only with those needed to run the service: hosting, email provider, payment services and our accountant. We never sell data.
Messages and requests for up to 2 years, billing details for as long as tax law requires.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@ikaros.pro. You can also complain to the Greek Data Protection Authority or the authority in your own country.
