MANDATORY E-INVOICING IN EUROPE

E-invoicing is becoming mandatory across Europe.

Belgium since January 2026, Poland (KSeF) and Greece during 2026, France from September 2026, Germany from 2027, and all cross-border EU sales by 2030 under ViDA. If you sell to other businesses, invoices must go out as structured e-invoices through Peppol or the national system. A PDF by email is no longer enough.

Rules and penalties differ by country, and some are steep. We don’t replace your accountant: we work together so everything is set up correctly.

Frequently asked questions

Does mandatory e-invoicing apply to me?

If you invoice other businesses in the EU: soon, if not already. Belgium, Poland and Greece require it now, France and Germany follow in 2026–2028, and cross-border EU sales by 2030. We connect your online shop to Peppol or your country’s system, so you don’t do anything twice. Check the details for your country with your accountant.

What does the connection cost?

From €390 one-off for one WooCommerce shop. You pay the provider’s subscription directly to them.

What do I need on my side?

An e-invoicing provider or accounting software, and access to your shop. We handle the rest, together with your accountant.
